What is Freedom Therapy?

Embrace your experiences with understanding and acceptance, to evolve with a new preception while expanding into your authentic self.

Freedom Therapy is to harmonize and awaken your authentic self, the true you from within. Through self-awareness and self-acceptance, you will learn to recognize your challenges in life but not fall victim to them by effectively embracing those experiences. You will be able to reflect on the lessons contained within them so you can release painful situations from the past and to live more freely in the present, allowing you to then create a future based on your joys and happiness.


Who is Freedom Therapy For?

Negative self-talk and unworthiness keeps us from truly living life fully. Do you cycle through unkind thoughts and cruel stories?
  • I am fat, I’ve gained too much weight.  Why can’t I just lose this weight?
  • I am so stupid, I repeatedly make the same mistakes 
  • How did I get so old?
  • Why do I continue to stay in this toxic relationship?
  • I can’t quit smoking, drinking or taking medication, because it makes me feel better.
    I need it in my life.
  • I will never be good enough or amount to anything real
  • Life is too hard and simply not fair
  • Why does this always happen to me?
Don’t feel ashamed for I was the same not too long ago and many of my clients currently struggled with these same thoughts too.

The truth is every thought, or hurtful action keeps you stuck in a vicious cycle of pain, of not having enough, not being good enough, of feelings of sadness and feelings of hopelessness.  As humans, we spin in a downward spiral of negative self-talk, which leads to negative habits reinforcing how we feel about ourselves. If we think we are fat, we may go on a diet lose 5 lbs only to regain it back, reinforcing our mindset, ‘I am fat.’ At times people will end one abusive relationship only to get into another toxic one because we think we are unworthy of love. Through the Buddhism teachings of the mind and with mindful awareness of thoughts, you learn to recognize these as old patterns and consciously choose positive thoughts and habits to live and experience life from my truth.
Lead a life of choices that align with your worth and self-love. Consciously choose the right actions, right thoughts, right foods, right movement and right relationships because you have rediscovered your worth.

How would you feel if you knew that you have a choice in every thought, in every action and how your life would unfold?

We are responsible for our life. Self-awareness teaches how to be in response to our life rather than react to it. We are accountable for our actions, reactions and responses to life. This may not be easy to accept because we have not always made the best choices for ourselves or others, but this is where the truth will set you free.
Have the courage to look at oneself with compassion and a sincere loving-kindness to reflect with awareness, acceptance and forgiveness. Then, move forward with your acceptance of life and of yourself to starting living life from your worth and love.
Feel grateful for all your experiences as you are empowered with your knowledge, inner truth, and passion for life. You are joyful, energetic and free to receive the abundance of health, wealth and love.
