Power vs Force

If you can master and know the FORCES you cannot see – shame, guilt, hopelessness, regret, fear, anxiety, cravings, desire, anger, hate, pride and inflation – then you will be ready to see the POWER in courage, empowerment, trust, hopefulness, acceptance, forgiveness, love, joy and peace.

Force can bring satisfaction, but only power brings joy.

Victory over others brings us satisfaction but victory over ourselves brings us joy.

Power arises from meaning, it has to do with motive and principle. Power is that which supports the significance of life. Power is what uplifts, expands and evolves. Power gives life and energy. Force takes this away. We notice power is associated with compassion and makes us feel positive about life, ourselves and others. Force is associated with judgement and makes us feel negative and exhausted.

Force always moves against something, whereas power doesn’t move against anything at all. Force is incomplete and therefore has to be fed energy constantly. Power is total and complete in itself and requires nothing from the outside – love, joy, peace. Power makes no demands; it has no needs because it is just prefect in it self. Force has an insatiable appetite, it constantly consumes – judgement, justification, blame and resentment.

We as humans have the ability to choose to live a life of force or to live a life of power. One brings us emptiness, seeking external validation and rewards. One allows us to create and embody the beauty of life. A life of radiant and vibrant energy in which we live flowing through life experiences.
