Partner Betrayal Trauma: It Isn't All In Your Head

When one enters a relationships, it produces feelings of bliss, excitement, and also can create a delusion of who you wish someone out to be. (That is not crazy behaviour at all, since that person is also acting and saying all the right things to make you believe as such.) But, time marches on, and you start to see some questionnable signs (or red flags) and you start to feel this strong sense of intuition that something is not right and what that person had led you to believe… Then comes the investigation phase where you need to find out why your intuition will not let up, to eventually find out it was right and that your partner has lied to you and betrayed your trust through his lies and actions.
